A BIT ABOUT ME
Hi my name is Leanne, I am a 44 year old mum of three, an amateur runner and triathlete. I started my fitness journey much later in my life than most personal trainers, after battling with fluctuating weight for years. I started running and educating myself in overall fitness, lifestyle and nutrition as opposed to choosing fad diets.
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness. While there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the short term discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and love adapting my program to suit new clients.
I work with both female and male clients, although my main client base are women over forty. With this in mind I have ensured that with my skills and knowledge I able to offer support and guidance for ladies around perimenopause/menopause.

I cannot recommend Leanne enough!
I joined a month ago and already feel fitter and stronger. Leanne is fun, fair and realistic. The sessions are easily replicated at home away from the gym. This has made it easier to complete and want to complete away from our PT session.

Leanne has been amazing, she knows how to get me to push myself just a little bit further each week and we are achieving my goals as my clothes can vouch for that. I started circuits with Leanne in July, the sessions are fun and engaging and I love how Leanne switches them around so you don't get bored and demotivated. Everyone is fun, encouraging and ready for a giggle. Highly recommended for an inclusive and inspiring workout.
